The terminal saves the questions and replies sent through the service, along with their public source links, research activity, conversation identifier, and timestamps, for the site operator’s review. These records are stored privately and mirrored to the operator’s computer. Conversation logs are not published in the public archive.
The logging feature does not collect IP addresses, account email addresses, cookies, API keys, or private model reasoning. Text a visitor voluntarily includes in a message is part of that saved message. The model provider processes the messages to produce a reply. Provider response storage is disabled in the API request.
New logging begins with this release. Earlier conversations saved only in an individual visitor’s browser remain on that device. The operator can review or remove stored conversation records through the private database and local files.
