Aggressive accountability survives scrutiny only when every sentence identifies its proof class. This atlas therefore labels direct captures, sender-side email records, device-reported fax status, filed statements, agency positions, and court findings separately.

A file-stamped complaint proves that the complaint was filed and what it states. It is not automatically a merits judgment. A device status of Delivered proves the status recorded by that device; it does not prove human review. An agency “no records” response proves what the agency said after the search it describes; it does not prove that no responsive record ever existed anywhere.

The site names public actors when the source record names them and reports the specific action tied to that record. It does not dilute direct facts with empty euphemisms, and it does not invent a criminal adjudication that the docket does not contain.
