What the Record Establishes
- Each row below records a request actually made, in writing, on a stated date.
- Where an office answered, the answer is published in full on this site — including the answers that were unhelpful to the requester.
- Where nothing came back, the row says “No response” and nothing more.
What They Have Not Produced
- Every row marked open. That is the point of the page.
Silence is not evidence of wrongdoing, and this page does not treat it as any. An office that has not answered may be busy, may be routing the request, may have an exemption it intends to assert, or may simply have decided the requester is not worth the reply.
What silence is, reliably, is a fact with a date on it. When an office is asked in writing on a stated day for a record inside its own system, and months pass, that interval exists whether anyone characterizes it or not. This ledger records the interval and leaves the characterizing to the reader.
One thing is worth saying plainly: several of the answers published on this site are bad for the person who asked for them. A search that located no records. A statute that lets an agency close a request without opening the attachment. An objection that runs fifty-six pages. They are published in full anyway, because an archive that only publishes the helpful returns is not a record — it is a brief.

The standing offer, restated
Every office and every individual named anywhere on this site can have a written response published here in full, with its date, at the same prominence as the material it answers. Nothing is edited. Nothing is summarized. If a documented fact on any page is wrong, it is corrected and the correction is dated and left visible rather than quietly swapped in. That offer has been open since this archive was built and it has not been taken up.
