What This Office Does
The Lincolnshire Police Department investigated the May 2022 collision underlying this case and is listed as the issuing agency on the Sheriff’s 2026 warrant record. The Village also serves as a FOIA responder and, through its Village Manager, confirmed a litigation hold in writing.
