The Sent record proves the sender-side transmission entry and attachment metadata. Device fax history, agency receipts, and agency responses are indexed separately where they exist.
The underlying letter states the sender’s preservation, correction, FOIA, oversight, or litigation position. Publication here does not convert every statement in that letter into a court adjudication.
