03 / Two separate U.S. Supreme Court matters
No. 25A1406 — Allababidi v. Junkin, et al. An application for an injunction, docketed June 17, 2026, arising from Seventh Circuit Nos. 26-2162, 26-2163, and 26-2212. The Court’s docket records denial by Justice Barrett on June 22, 2026.

04 / A documented judgment correction
In 1:26-cv-06738, Allababidi challenged the judgment under Rule 59(e). On September 2, 2026, the court granted the motion in part, corrected the treatment of dismissals under Younger and Heck to without prejudice, corrected the defendant list, and entered an amended judgment. The order also corrected the sequence concerning leave to amend. Other relief was denied and the amended complaint remained dismissed. The procedural result is in the court’s own instruments:
September 2 court order · Dkt. 24 · Amended judgment · Dkt. 25
05 / The October Rule 383 filing
Illinois Supreme Court No. 133810 is the separate state supervisory proceeding. The motion is dated October 19 and bears the clerk’s October 20, 2026, 4:01 p.m. e-filing stamp, envelope 40575020. It asks for recall of the May 28 bench warrant, vacatur of the June 17 stay-lift, and a noticed hearing on the probation petition with pretrial release and remote non-evidentiary appearances. Read the filed motion and explanatory suggestions.
The motion’s “Get Out” analogy gives the filing its central image: a person can watch the machinery move while being denied a meaningful route to be heard. Read the post-Halloween feature.
