What the portal literally shows
The Case Action Page for People v. Allababidi displays a June 15, 2026 Correspondence row below a June 17 Order and June 18 Order and Minute Record. The snapshot was printed June 19 at 1:31 p.m.
What the portal does not show
The public page omits creation time, acceptance time, operator identity, source-envelope number, scan time, earlier field values, and any indication that the filed-date field was changed after initial entry.
Why a screenshot is only the beginning
The snapshot proves the public state of the ledger on June 19. The backend history is needed to prove exactly when and how that state was produced. The site’s conclusion of backdating rests on the portal row combined with the earlier refusal, undelivered mail, later PDF creation time, and the timing of the June 17 hearing and June 18 scan.
