Referral inflation ends here. Three exhibit-backed packets were prepared on July 30 for different federal intake channels. They do not overlap by theory: one asks for mailbox preservation, one presents asserted color-of-law conduct, and one presents public-integrity and warrant-data issues.
What a referral packet is
It is a complainant’s allegation, organized for agency intake and supported by selected exhibits. It is not an indictment, information, criminal complaint signed by an agent, agency finding, or proof that any investigation was opened.
Why publish them anyway
Publication fixes exactly what was alleged, which statutes were invoked, which primary documents were attached, and which cautions the author included. That makes later claims auditable and prevents a website headline from outrunning the packet’s actual status.
The status will change only on evidence
If submission receipts, reference numbers, preservation directives, interview requests, declination letters, or other agency records arrive, they will be added with dates. Until then the verb is prepared.
